ASUU Declares Total, Indefinite Strike In Abuja

To raise awareness of the development that affect the union, the University of Abuja branch of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has started an indefinite strike.

Following its congress on Thursday at the institution’s Permanent Site, the union declared its intention to go on strike.

According to report, the Chairman of the branch, Dr. Sylvanus Ugoh, said that the union had resolved to embark on a total and an indefinite strike with immediate effect.
