1445 Eid-il-Fitr: South East Muslim Community Forum Felicitates Muslim Ummah

THE South East Muslim Community Forum (SEMCOF), under the leadership of Sheikh Dr. Haroun Ogbonnia Ajah, FCRSA felicitates the Muslim Ummah on the successful completion of Ramadan and this year Eid-il-Fitr celebration.

The forum urged the Muslims to continue to showcase and practise all the lessons learnt during the month of Ramadan.The lessons which include increased faith, sincerity, total devotion, patience, closeness to Allah, commitment, gratitude, compassion, self-reflection, kindness to all among others. By doing so, the world would be a better place for all.

SEMCOF further enjoined the Muslims to continue to reach out to the less privileged in their respective communities and maintain peaceful co-existence with people of other faiths. We also urge all Nigerians to keep on their prayers and support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration in all his tireless efforts to transform Nigeria and it’s economy back to full prosperity In Shaa Allah.

The press statement which was signed by Engr. Isiaka A. Salmon, Ph.D. SEMCOF BoT Secretary-General on 10th April, 2024, and released in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State of Nigeria concluded by praying to Almighty Allah SWT for peace and development of Nigeria and to ease all the affairs of the Ummah around the world, grant us more years to witness more Ramadan, and grant us the best on earth and hereafter.
