Trend as Couple In Delta Spends N50,000 For Wedding

A couple in Delta state have gone viral after they reportedly spent N50, 000 only, for their church wedding held over the weekend.

Photos of the couple looking very simple in their casual outfits show them in church receiving marital blessings from their cleric.

The groom, Udu Lucky Obukhowo said they decided to go for something simple after having their traditional wedding, because the economy is hard at the moment.

Lady adds, “This is what we can afford,” when she makesovers her father’s parlour (see video)

The groom said they used their old clothes and that the only thing the bought for the church weeding are their rings.
