The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has mandated Ondo State Entrepreneurship Agency (ONDEA) to partner with local and international agencies in order to foster economic growth and development in the state by organizing a six month training for tech professionals and those who are interested in tech.
According to Dr Summy Smart, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Entrepreneurship, the tech awareness and development program which is set to run for six months to help develop young minds who are interested in tech is in conjunction with the State Information and Technology Agency (SITA) and other private local and international institutions.
Interestingly, participants pay nothing to benefit from the six months training. Intending participants are to note that the registration portal opens on Monday, 22nd of January while the program kicks off on the 30th of January 2024.
After the training, participants will be assisted to get remote jobs both in Nigeria and foreign countries. This training knows no politics as it’s available for anyone and everyone who has a tech background or is just simply interested in tech.
