Rivers Will Support Your Agenda – PDP Governor, Fubara Tells Tinubu

Governor Sim Fubara of Rivers State has assured President Bola Tinubu of his administration’s support for his Renewed Hope Agenda.

Fubara gave the assurance while receiving members of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Governing Board in his office in Port Harcourt, the state capital.

According to Dailypost, he told the new NDDC Board that his administration would collaborate and support the Commission’s efforts to speed up the development of the region.

Fubara said: “I am very happy that you have done the right thing by paying this courtesy visit. I assure you that we are ready to collaborate with all Federal Government agencies committed to the development of the Niger Delta region.

“The speech of the Chairman, Mr. Ebie, shows that NDDC has already identified more than 90 per cent of the problems facing the region and is ready to solve them.

“The Rivers State Government will support the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to bring hope to the people of the state and Niger Delta region.”
