Osun Varsity Jerks Up School Fees

THE Osun State University (UNIOSUN) management, has officially declared an adjustment in its school fees for the new academic session, 2023/2024.

Report shows that the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Clement Adebooye had stated that the institution will not increase its tuition fees but other fees, due to the economic situation of the country.

This fee increment is applicable to both new and returning students, affecting all academic levels.

Meanwhile, Findings reveal that the fees on the university’s official website, have been increased by N16,000 for both incoming and existing students. For instance, students in the Department of History, currently in their penultimate year, who paid N166,000 in the 2022/2023 academic year, are now required to remit N180,000 for the current academic session.

Similarly, the Public Relations Officer of the university, Mr. Ademola Adesoji, also corroborated this information.
