“They Are Facing Deportation”, Details Emerge Why Happie Boys Were Remanded In Cyprus Prison

VAM News Update

Former Security Guards of Chicken Republic, Happie Boys who are currently locked up in a prison in Cyprus are reportedly set to be deported within the next 30 days.

It would be recalled that the Happie Boyz, Kelechi, and Johnson were arrested some weeks ago over allegations of involvement in fraud.

However, in a recent development, a friend who once hosted the duo after their arrival in Cyprus has revealed that their fate in the country has been sealed to be deported back to Nigeria.

The said friend in a leaked chat has disclosed that the duo were arrested over the non-possession of student permits as a result of defaulting school fees.

He added that all efforts to get help for the Happie Boys failed due to their history of calling out people on social media.

He said, “Happie boys haven’t been released yet my bro.. before they can be released all the fees they owe must be paid so they can make their student permits and get freedom.

Aside from that bro after about 30 days, they’ll be deported back to Nigeria from inside the prison. They caught them mainly because they do not have students permit off which is a result of not paying school fees.”
