Following the exhumation, the remains of late Mohbad has been taken to the hospital where autopsy will commence immediately.

Mohbad died on September 12 in controversial circumstances. He was buried the next day, September 13.

Nigerians demanded that an autopsy be carried following the startling revelations of him being harassed and assaulted while he was alive.

The Lagos state police command on Monday, September 19, set up a 13-man committee to carry out a detailed investigation into the circumstances surrounding his demise.

The committee is expected to turn in its report in two weeks.

The exhumation of MohBad’s corpse has triggered different reactions on social media, while some are alleging that the singer was buried alive with traces of fresh blood spotted in his grave.
