Kidnappers release Kwara pastor’s wife, detain ransom deliverer

 

 

 

 

Kidnappers have freed the abducted wife of Pastor Johnson Ajiboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in Kwara State, Mrs. Bola Ajiboye.

Mrs Ajiboye was kidnapped last week Thursday at Elerinjare village, near Idofian town, in Ifelodun Local Government Area of the state.

 

 

According to Daily Trust, Mrs Ajiboye was released by her abductors on Wednesday, August 23, after the payment of N1 million ransom along with foodstuffs and other items.

 

It was gathered that Mrs. Ajiboye has been relocated to a private facility in the community to take a rest.

 

 

It was however gathered that the bearer who was sent to deliver the ransom and the other items was detained by the abductors.
