Some Ex-Boko Haram terrorists who are being held at Hajj camp in Borno State after surrendering embarked on a protest over non-payment of their allowance.
VAM News gathered that they took to the streets on Friday to protest over N30,000 allowances promised by the government.
The ex-militants blocked the Bulumkutu- Maiduguri Highway creating gridlock and tension among residents in the area.
