Subsidy: RCCG Emmanuel Model Parish Distributes Palliatives In Osogbo

Giving to humanity is part of services to God, mankind and is best investment as The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) nationwide continues it’s nature for the Corporate Social Responsibility service, today Sunday 23rd July, 2023 in all parishes of RCCG.

RCCG Emmanuel Model Parish, which is one of the Zones under RCCG Osun Province 6, located at Atinuke Oyawoye Street, Dada Estate, Osogbo, the state capital, was not exempted from all the parishes and Zones in Osun State as they distributed food stuff to each and every members of the parish after the service.

Speaking during the Distribution of relief items, Dr. Peter Awofadeju said the church sees this as important thing to do, to ease the burden of her members even at this subsidy removal time.

He stated that “this act of CSR has been part of RCCG Emmanuel Model Parish since inception before the new order came from Pastor E. A. Adeboye to observe this nationwide.

The programme in RCCG Emmanuel Model Parish is tagged ‘Dorcas Net’ which is under CSR of the church. Some referred to it as ‘food bank’ for the church members and the first timers.

The parish Pastor, Pastor Anthony Adebowale Akinlotan, the APICP Admin RCCG Osun Province 6 said with this, more christians and church members will be assisted to feed.

He also urged the rich members to assist the less privilege in the church.

Pastor referred to the scripture in Proverb 19:17, Matthew 25:35-40 and Matthew 22:36-40 on lending hand of help to the less privilege and to love your neighbor as yourself.
