Oyo Content Creator Invited Over Dangerous Skit
OYO State Police Command has invited popular Ibadan-based skit maker Abdullahi Adisa, popularly known as Trinity Guy, over for his outrageous pranks.
The Command’s spokesperson, SP Osifeso Adewale, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday.
He said, “Popular content creator, Abdullahi Maruf Adisa AKA Trinity, has been contacted and invited at the Oyo State Police Command in connection with the disturbing viral skit content making the rounds across the social media space concerning a female minor.
“The slightly above 38-second video clearly depicted the sexualization of a female minor who was compelled in a conversation with the skit maker to describe his genitals.
“Moving forward, the Oyo State Police Command genuinely appreciates the energy and effort invested by every creative mind in his/her craft.
“The command, however, appeals strongly against offending the sensibilities of others through violence, sexual abuse, and other extremities in the name of entertainment.”
Recalled that the Force Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, had earlier called for the arrest of the prankster over disturbing contents.
Sharing the extreme video of his prank with a minor on his official Twitter handle, he tweeted, “This is rubbish and criminal. This guy should be arrested and charged to court. We will act as soon as possible. I hate this scene. Child abuse.”
Reacting to the call in a post on his Instagram page on Thursday, Trinity Guy thanked the Force Public Relations Officer.
He wrote: “I would love to show my appreciation to the Nigeria Police, most especially @adejobimuyiwa Mr Adejobi Olumuyiwa for his fatherly role in calling my attention to the areas I needed to work on and amend. Your efforts in safeguarding the nation are truly inspiring and appreciated. May Almighty God bless you.”
