VIEWPOINT: Why Joe Igbokwe Deserves Minister Under President Tinubu’s Administration

Joe Igbokwe is a progressive man that has been in existence in politics for a very long time when Nigeria was back into Democracy in 1999 after the expiration of the military rulers, Joe Igbokwe campaigned assiduously for the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to become Lagos State governor, his performance encouraged the party leaders under the defunct Alliance For Democracy (AD) appointed him as spokesman for the party in Lagos State and he always defends the party when the need arises.

He didn’t relent on his oars when the Progressive leaders in the defunct Alliance for Democracy formed Action Congress (AC) which Later turned into Action Congress of Nigeria(ACN) he was retained as the spokesman of the party in Lagos state despite he is an Igbo man he was loved for his zeal, Commitment, and dedication to the party and he has been performed his duties diligently.

He was appointed as the Special Adviser to the Lagos State Governor Mr. Babajide Sanwoolu on Environmental Disasters and Management and he has performed tremendously in that area since he has been appointed there are changes in the environmental disasters in the state and he is a round peg in a round hole.

He is a leader who encouraged his followers to be committed, dedicated, and loyal to the party and be a good ambassador to the society.

Be an Igbo man he took the campaign of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu seriously when Asiwaju showed interest to become the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by organizing meetings with Igbo Society in Lagos State and holding a meeting from one local government to another to make the interest of Asiwaju become a reality and he also formed a support group throughout Nigeria where he financed the group.

He is a man that deserves Minister under the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu with his track record he is loyal, committed, and dedicated to the party and he is a trusted Igbo man in the party.

I urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to appoint Hon. Joe Igbokwe as a Minister under his administration because is a round peg in a round hole and he is a trusted and loyal man to the core.
