According to the police spokesperson in the state, Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, one of the two arrested suspects allegedly masterminded the burning of the car.

Odunlami-Omisanya, who revealed that the suspects would be charged with murder and arson, appealed to members of the public never to take laws into their hands.
