OOMPA Visit: Olowu Kuta Assures Governor Adeleke Of Support

•raises partnership with Osun Online Media Practitioners

THE Olowu Kuta, HRM Oba Dr Hameed Adekunle Makama Oyelude, Tegbosun III has disclosed that his kingship is for all his subjects without exception, therefore, he is pro-establishment.

Oba Makama pledged he will give his maximum support to the new administration of Senator Ademola Adeleke as the sixth Governor with the same equal strength he supported former Governor of Osun State, Adegboyega Oyetola and his predecessor Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola in the interest of the infrastructure development of the State.

Kabiyesi made the statement while receiving the members of the Osun Online Media Practitioners Association (OOMPA) in his Palace in Owu Kuta, on Sunday, December 11, 2022.

The Monarch encouraged Osun People of the importance to give adequate support to the government for the infrastructure development in the state.

He also charged Governor Adeleke to carefully appoint those who are ready to serve the state with their strength and capacity for the human development.

According to Olowu of Kuta, “As a traditional ruler, I will support the current administration under the leadership of Senator Ademola Adeleke with the equal mind and strength that I used to support the previous government in the interest of the state.

“Every reasonable monarch that wants the dividend of Democracy for his subjects must be pro-establishment.” he said.

Jare Taimiyu, in his brief address as the Chairman of the Association told Kabiyesi that the visit was to come and appreciate him for his moral and financial support in the past years.

The Publisher of Insight Media, went further that the association found it noteworthy to congratulate him on his promotion to the Deputy Chairman of the Osun State Council of Obas and the anniversary of Owu day, held at the Palace on Saturday.

While addressing at the Palace, former Chairman of OOMPA, Mr Adesoji Omosebi called for advise from the Monarch where necessary.

Kabiyesi in his goodwill to the representatives of the association pledged his utmost support in any area of importance to the online association.

He said he always reckon with the objectivity, promptness and professionalism of the association in discharging its duties.

The Monarch in his friendly manner announced the Ex-chairman Adesoji Omosebi as “Baale Oniroyin” of iroyin(Chief information officer in the online media space.

In attendance during the team visit to the palace includes, Former Chairman, Mr. Adesoji Omosebi of SOJ worldwide, The Chairman, Mr Jare Tiamiyu of Insight Media, The Publicity Secretary; Bright Olorungbotemi of Voice Air Media, Treasurer; Kolapo Ismail of The source, Vice-Chairman, Lawrence Abioye of Orionframe, Protocol, Akanji Fatai of adulawo news, Sodiq Lawal (Chocomilo) of Within Nigeria, Tolulope Ajayi of Daoptimistic media, Francis Ikemefuna of dailypost, Babatunde Adekale of spyloaded media, Ogundeji Funsho for Amiloaded) and Miss Modupe from Insight Media.

Voice Air Media also reports that Kuta Town will be having its cultural festival on the 24th of December 2022.
