An official of the All Progressives Congress, who introduced himself as Nurudeen has been arrested by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) at Isale Osun, in Osogbo the state capital for vote buying.
In a video obtained online via Sahara Reporters, Nurudeen was heard saying he was trying to give an amount of N10,000 to some people to buy pure water.
