…Wins Labour Party Governorship Primary Election
A former APC Governorship Aspirant in Osun State for 2022 Elections, Rt. Hon. Lasun Yussuff has officially emerged third force.
Lasun Yussuff, who was the former Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, won the governorship ticket of Labour Party (LP) ahead of the state 2022 Guber election.
VAM News gathered that Yussuff defected from the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday, March 25, 2022 after tendering his resignation letter at the APC Secretariat, Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo, the state capital.
Recalled that the state is currently under the leadership of Gboyega Oyetola from APC, and the People’s democratic party (PDP), has presented Ademola Adeleke as INEC candidate for the party.
