Ex-Governor Kwankwaso’s Jnr is dead

Former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso and his family are bereaved.

On Monday, Inuwa Musa Kwankwaso, his immediate younger brother, died at the age of 64.

He gave up the ghost at the Aminu Kano Teaching Hospital after a protracted illness.

The retired civil servant and an Agricultural Engineer trained in Ibadan, Oyo State, and the United States.

Kwankwaso worked with the Afforestation Project in Kano, a statement by Sanusi Bature, a Kwankwasiyya spokesman noted.

The deceased is survived by his wife, two daughters, Nafisa Inuwa and Zainab Inuwa, and relatives.

He will be buried according to Islamic rites in Kwankwaso village, Madobi Local Government at 2 pm today.
