Osun 2022: David Adeleke Officially Joins Governoship Race

It is no longer a rumor that Bamidele David Adeleke has finally joined the Osun 2022 governorship race.

He was at the national Secretariat of the People Democratic party in Abuja today where he picked the party expression and nomination forms for the governoship for the sum of Twenty-One Million naira.

It was revealed that Dele Adeleke has been approached to run against his Uncle in the next PDP Gubernatorial Primaries.

Dele who is a financial expert was the Returning Officer at the 2018 Governorship election when he displayed wizardary in marshalling points to defend his Uncle at both the INEC and Courts from Tribunal to Supreme Courts where winner eventually emerged in favour of the incumbent Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

By this performance people have been calling for his participation in the next election as against his uncle Senator Ademola Adeleke.

It is believed that Dele has the backing of Engineer Seyi Makinde the governor of Oyo state and some Leaders in the South West.

Also in the race for the party ticket are Senator Ademola Adeleke, Alhaji Fatai Akinbade, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, Mr. Soji Omirin and Mr. Dotun Babayemi.
