Tragedy as a middle aged man identified as Chikordi allegedly committed suicide after killing his wife, Prophetess Chikordi.
This newspaper learnt that the deceased, Chikordi was the General Overseer of the Ancient of Days Healing Church, Umunede in Ika North East LGA of Delta State, it was learnt.
According to report, Chikordi took his life by jumping into a well following the alleged murder.
As at the time of reportage, details of the development are still sketchy.
VAM News learnt around 4:00am on Sunday , the alleged assailant travelled to his hometown Ekwuoma, a neighbouring community to Umunede, where he jumped into the well.
