CLTC: You’re Sponsored – Man ‘O War Chief, Ayo Babalola Counters “Anti- Eniade” Protesters

An Assistant National Commander of Man O’ War Nigeria, a field arm of the CLTC, has described the protest staged by the staffers of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre(CLTC), against the new Director General, Mr Soji Eniade, Comrade Akeem Ayo Babalola, as sponsored agitators who meant no well for the progress of Nigeria and success of Mr President, Muhammad Buhari.

While reacting, Ayo Babalola said; ”Let me start by saying that those that participated in that sponsored protest are bunch of crooks and indiscipline civil servants who are just working under the government without knowing the rules that guide them. I observed that the protest was sponsored by the acting DG who wishes to be confirmed as the substantive DG or the opposition party that does not want Mr President to succeed, because the centre is training many youth organizations, military and paramilitary on daily basis.

Ayo Babalola continued; ”How could the staffers of such parastatal that trains people to be disciplined be so undisciplined? I wonder how an employee will dictate for his employer on who leads the establishment.

“It is the sole power of Mr President to appoint the DG for the CLTC, without the intervention of the Senate. The act that established the CLTC gives room for outsider to be the DG, and that was why Amb Yusuf Adamu rules the centre for two consecutive times successfully between 2004 and 2012, and no National Director or the Director General has even beat his achievements.

“I want to believe that Dr Kelvin Ihenetu that led the protest has collected bribe as usual, because he’s fond of that, he was the director of Rescue and Operation, before he was removed because of his atrocity and indiscipline”, Babalola alleged.

Ayo Babalola stated; ”I want to state categorically that:

The CLTC has some budget for Man O’ War Nigeria and they never supported man O’ War financially, but rather collect from the little money man o war realised from the monthly contribution. I have my proof as the immediate national Auditor of Man O’ War.

My PRAYERS I pray that Mr President call the staffers of the CLTC to order and allow Mr Soji Eniade, a retired Head of Oyo State Civil Service, to do his job peacefully, because if they fail to allow him to do his job, we shall mobilise over 3,000 members of Man O’ War Nigeria, and stage a protest against their impunity and the atrocity they have been committing all these while. It is not that we don’t know what to do, but we’re just trying to be law abiding”, he concluded.
