Anambra 2021: Most PDP aspirants lose voting rights as party releases delegate list
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday, said it has constituted a screening committee.
The committee according to a statement by Kola Ologbondiyan, National Publicity Secretary of the party will screen aspirants for the June 18, 2022, Ekiti State governorship election.
The statement which was issued on Thursday named members of the screening committee to include, Sen. Ahmed Mohammed Makarfi, Chairman, Amb. Mrs. Fidelia A. Njeze, Mrs. Sarah Ochekpe, Arch. Rev. Benson Ezem and Chief Rahman Owokoniran (PDP South-West Zonal Secretary) as member/secretary.
He said the screening exercise has been scheduled for Monday, November 8, 2021, at the NWC Hall of the PDP national secretariat in Abuja at 10 am.
The statement urged all aspirants, critical stakeholders and members of the party in Ekiti State, to be guided by the information accordingly.
