Anambra 2021: Most PDP aspirants lose voting rights as party releases delegate list
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has extended the sale of its expression of interest and nomination forms for the Ekiti governorship election by one week.
Recalled that the closing date for the sales of the forms had been extended from Thursday, September 30 to Thursday, September 7.
In the same vein, the date for the submission of the forms had also been extended to Tuesday, October 12.
The party advises all aspirants, leaders of the party, critical stakeholders as well as the teeming supporters in Ekiti are to take note and guided accordingly.
It was learnt that only 3 aspirants had obtained the forms.
They are former governor of the state, Segun Oni; immediate past PDP State chairman, Bisi Kolawole and Lateef Ajijola.
The form is sold at N21million made up of N1million for expression of interest and N20million for the nomination form.
The governorship primary election will take place on January 28, 2022.
