The Osun State Chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Tosin Odeyemi, has vowed that his party will win the 2022 gubernatorial election in the state.
Speaking with newsmen in Osogbo at the end of the state working committee meeting on Wednesday, Odeyemi disclosed that NNPP is set to take over the state from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and also defeat the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the polls.
Odeyemi disclosed that the party would put machinery in motion ahead of the gubernatorial election in order to take over Osun State from the leadership of the APC.
According to him, “With the level of work we have put in place at the party, victory is assured come next year.
“I am assuring you that our party, NNPP will defeat both the APC and PDP in the polls and our candidate will be sworn in as next governor of the state by the special grace of God come 27th November, 2022.”
On the planned local government election in the state, the Osun NNPP chairman stated that the party is also ready to contest and win the election.
