Following threat of insecurity across the country, the government of Katsina State has issued a directive to all commercial vehicle owners in the State.
Mr Abdu Labaran, the Director-General, Media and Publicity to Governor Aminu Masari gave the directives during an interview with newsmen on Friday, NAN reports.
He explained that the order was part of the measures taken to beef up security in order to curb crime and criminalities in the State.
According to him, all commercial vehicles in the state will henceforth bear the same colour.
“The new law will start working from 15th September 2021,” he said.
Recall that the Governor earlier signed into law, security order in some local government areas due to the insecurity issues being witnessed in the areas.
