Wisdom Charity Foundation Launches In Osun, To Render Humanitarian Services To The Vulnerables

 

 

On Saturday 28th August, a philantropical organization called Wisdom Charity Foundation has been successfully launched in Ilobu, Community area of Osun state.

 

Wisdom Charity Foundation is first of its kind in Ilobu community.
 

The organization comes to life for the purpose of rendering humanitarian services to the vulnerables in the society.

 

Speaking at the launch, the Founder, Sarafadeen Jimoh Baro said he was motivated to start such a foundation due to his own experience too.

“I was motivated to start the foundation that will cater for the vulnerables as regards my experience in life,” Baro revealed.

 

He narrated that the Western world doesn’t become great just by what governments do, but with the supports they receive from philantropical individuals.

 

 

He elucidated that during his youth corp service in Imo state he did some humanitarian activities which got him a presidential award, and an opportunity to continue his academic pursuit in UK.

 

After that, they proceeded to the commissioning of Wisdom Charity Foundation’s office which was done by Professor MBA Ogunsola.

 

Professor MBA Ogunsola revealed that the organization come as a surprise because it’s the first of its kind in Ilobu and its environs.

 

He prayed for the success of the organization and its advancement.

 

Ogunsola urged some other influential people to emulate such a charitable acts like that.

Chief imam of ACADIP was also present at the event, he preached that philantropical acts are loved by the Almighty Allah, humanitarianism is part of the God’s commandments and God will recompense every good deeds done by everybody no matter how small they may be.

 

The Imam implored the organizers of the foundation to be sincere to their sponsors and that the beneficiaries should also be faithful in any help they sought from the organization. They shouldn’t lie in their approach with the foundation.

Alhaji Raheem Kolapo Sanusi who happens to be the Chairman governing committee of the foundation, said he is very happy and appreciate God for nurturing the idea till it comes to life.

 

He thanked the wife of the organization’s founder for supporting her husband in making sure that the dream of establishing a charity organization in Ilobu becomes a reality.

 

The foundation flaged of its function with the sharing of rice to over 120 vulnerables in the society.

Comrade Biodun Ologunde led the vote of thanks.

Mr.Tajudeen Adelabu did the Muslim prayer to wrap up the event.

 

Some of the beneficiaries Hamzat Mustafa, Bilikisu Siyanbola others interviewed by VAM news showed their gratitude and showered prayers on Wisdom Charity Foundation’s founder, they prayed for fulfilment and advancement of the organization.

 

One of the participants of the event  Mr. R.O Ajibade said the entire Ilobu is happy as Wisdom Charity Foundation set up the first ever charity organization in the town.
