BREAKING: APC Announces Date For LG Congresses

The All Progressives Congress Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee on Wednesday gave an indication that it would not abort processes that would lead to the conduct of its national convention despite criticisms trailing its just-concluded ward congresses.

National Secretary of the APC CECPC, Senator John James Akpanudoedehe in a statement announced that the local government areas Congresses that would produce substantive officers at the local councils would be conducted on September 4.

Meanwhile, the Appeal Committee of the Caretaker/ Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, CEPC, of the All Progressive Congress, APC, has fixed Thursday and Friday, August 19 and 20, 2021 for the hearings of all petitions against the conduct of July 24 ward congresses in Lagos State.
