Samuel Tope Omotoso, AAC Governorship Candidate in the 2020 Ondo Gubernatorial election, has described the death of Adedayo Omolafe ‘Expensive’, as shocking and loss of a great political icon and philanthropist.
Reacting to the Ondo Reps Member, Omolafe’s death in a statement sent to VAM News, Omotoso said ‘Expensive’ is a figure that has proven over the years that people can start good and remain better and better.
Omotoso prayed to God to give Omolafe an eternal rest, his family and the entire Akure South & North constituency; the strength to bear the great pain.
Part of the statement reads; “I am deeply saddened by the news of the loss of a great political icon and philanthropist.”
“Hon Adedayo Omolafe, popularly known as Expensive; is a figure that has proven over the years that people can start good and remain better and better. A man with a great reputational image of honor. A man that has the interest of the people at heart. His countless good deeds cannot be overemphasized. Akure indeed has lost a rare gem.”
“May God give him eternal rest, his family and the entire Akure South & North constituency; the strength to bear the great pain.”
