UK Govt Speaks About Nigerian President Buhari’s Trip To London

Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari, travelled to London to attend an education summit, and also for a medical check-up. This news was revealed by his presidential office.

The president left on Monday to London to participate in the summit. The summit was hosted by the British Prime Minister and the president of Kenya.

However, reacting to president Muhammadu Buhari’s trip to London, the British government released a statement via their twitter handle, where they revealed that president Buhari would be attending Global Education summit along with other top government official.

The British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Catriona Laing encouraged president Muhammadu Buhari to commit to increasing funding for a future where every Nigerian Child can access 12 years of quality education.
