Suspected killer herdsmen in pseudo military and Customs uniforms have reportedly invaded Igangan in Ibarapa area of Oyo State, killing residents.
Residents confirmed that the sad event occurred when the gunmen invaded the town shooting for over 30 minutes.
Though hunters and Amotekun personnel were said to have risen up to repel them, an Amotekun commandant in the area was said to have been killed in the attack.
Following the fresh attack on Friday night residents are now having their hearts in their mouths.
Meanwhile as at the time of filing this report, Amotekun corp and the police command were yet to issue any statement on the development.
