NANS President Did Not Cancel Protest Out Of Cowardness But For The Tensed Environment – NANS Southwest Students Declare

The attention of the leadership of this zone has just been drawn to a publication going round social media platforms. It has just been reported to us that some mischievous brats who are not genuine Students and leadership of the zone dared the Revolutionary NANS President in his recent order for the suspension of the June 12 protest due to cogent reasons clearly stated in his recent press release. We want to state categorically that the genuine and duely elected leadership of NANS ZONE D under the auspices of Comrade Kappo Samuel Olawale has concluded to align with Mr President in his recent pronouncement of June 12 protest suspension. We have been absolutely convinced and Southwest Students are solidly behind the Revolutionary President in this development.

If you go through release of the Revolutionary President, you would see that the protest wasn’t cancelled but suspended. After June 12, the Revolutionary President who doubles as our leader in the zone would fix another day in which Nigerian leaders would clearly hear our respective voices. The problem of these ideological derailed beats is inability to comprehend simple English. The leadership of the zone has consulted JCC Chairmen of each States of the zone and have agreed to follow directive of the Revolutionary President. They have agreed to patiently wait for another day when Nigerian leaders would listen to our agitations.

We want to tell Southwest Students to completely disregard news coming from the maladjusted impersonators. They are masquerades without identity, noisemakers and expelled media dogs. Having painstakingly gone through Mr President’s good reasons for the protest suspension, we implore Southwest Students to enjoy their holiday at home and feel better in their individual environments. It’s impossible we be on streets with unreasonable elements singing war song and chanting Mr A and B must go. We are educated and ever conscious Nigerian Students. We want to appreciate you for always being with this leadership of the most ideological zone in Nigeria. Thanks and God bless you all.
